Hope Industries is a social enterprise labour hire business dedicated to creating meaningful employment opportunities while delivering high-quality services. We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Commercial Cleaners to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Commercial Cleaner with Hope Industries, you will be placed at a variety of client worksites across the region. Your role is to maintain clean, safe, and hygienic environments for our clients in offices, commercial facilities, and community spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
Empty bins and manage waste disposal
Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
Work both independently and as part of a team to meet service standards
What We’re Looking For:
Previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential – training provided)
Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing quality service
Willingness to work within a supportive, inclusive, and social impact-driven enterprise
